Last week, part of our headquarters team — composed of managers from different areas such as Human Resources, Quality, and Supply Chain — visited our logistics center, Daifressh Global Services, located in the Czech Republic.
The goal of this visit was to strengthen coordination between departments, progress in the standardization of processes, and continue fostering the international collaboration that defines Daifressh.
During the visit, the teams from Spain and the Czech Republic had the opportunity to:
✔ Review and share key processes that will soon be implemented globally
An opportunity to align methodologies, unify criteria, and ensure that all areas are moving in the same direction.
✔ Connect our international teams, especially within the Human Resources departments
A meeting that helped strengthen relationships, promote cohesion, and enhance the exchange of experiences and best practices between countries.
✔ Support the daily operations of the logistics center
Direct collaboration with local teams facilitated the review of operational and production procedures, ensuring greater consistency in our day-to-day activities.
✔ Drive continuous improvement and the optimization of our operations
Another step forward in guaranteeing the quality, efficiency, and excellence in service that define us.
