Commercial administrative assistant

Job description

We are looking for an analytical person with attention to detail to join our sales team to upload data arising from sales/purchase transactions.

Mission of the position:

To support the Commercial Officer in the management, control and monitoring of operations, assuming the management of information in a timely and appropriate manner, allowing the continuous visualisation of the process and facilitating decision making.

Main functions:

  • Preparation of weekly product delivery plan to customers.
  • Tracking of deliveries.
  • Updating of available stock for all product categories.
  • Contacts with intermediate warehouses.
  • Checking cargo documents and requesting missing documents.
  • Records of information in the management system.
  • Recording and reporting the flow of returnable materials in the corresponding recording platforms.
  • Preparation of lines for invoicing.
  • Recording and documentation of incidents.
  • Review and confirmation of service level tracking.
  • Review, validation and expense recording of operations as appropriate.
