HR Technician (Offices in Poddebice, Poland)

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and internally customer oriented HR professional to be part of the Daifressh Polska team, reporting to the CFO.

Key tasks for the role include:

  • Management entire recruitment cycle, mainly for temporary profiles.
  • Contact with employment agencies.
  • Management of social networks (corporate Facebook) for the development of Employer Branding, in collaboration with the MKT team.
  • Manage and supervise the staff onboarding process.
  • Manage the work schedule of production staff in collaboration with the Production team.
  • Drafting employment contracts and submitting documentation to public authorities.
  • Internal customer service, especially constant contact with seasonal workers.
  • Verification of wages and working time.
  • Application of HR procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Preparation of reports and analyses for the company's needs.
  • Participation in job fairs or similar events.
  • Promoting corporate culture among employees.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Ukrainian and Polish.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • +1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Creativity and flexibility in action.
