Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and internally customer oriented HR professional to be part of the Daifressh Polska team, reporting to the CFO.
Key tasks for the role include:
- Management entire recruitment cycle, mainly for temporary profiles.
- Contact with employment agencies.
- Management of social networks (corporate Facebook) for the development of Employer Branding, in collaboration with the MKT team.
- Manage and supervise the staff onboarding process.
- Manage the work schedule of production staff in collaboration with the Production team.
- Drafting employment contracts and submitting documentation to public authorities.
- Internal customer service, especially constant contact with seasonal workers.
- Verification of wages and working time.
- Application of HR procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Preparation of reports and analyses for the company's needs.
- Participation in job fairs or similar events.
- Promoting corporate culture among employees.
