Leadership Program
In line with this commitment, this September we launched the 4th edition of the Leadership Program, by Alper Formaciones. This is a transformative training program designed to enhance cooperation, communication, leadership, and team relationships, offering each participant the opportunity to become a leader within their own role.
The program is delivered progressively: in each edition, 10 team members join this transformative experience, continuing until everyone at our headquarters has had the chance to participate.In this edition, a new group of colleagues has already started the program, taking an important step on their path of personal and professional growth.
What does this training cover?
This Leadership Program combines interactive activities, practical tools and personal reflection with the goal of:

✅ Developing skills to build strong and effective relationships.
✅ Improving collaboration and teamwork, achieving maximum efficiency.
